Please pass on my huge gratitude to Sarah for her compassion and professionalism with our dear Pippin yesterday late afternoon, in that horrendous weather. She made a horrible situation as bearable as it could have been by her quick actions and kindness. We so appreciated it, especially with her having to drive out in those awful weather conditions. Was her drive home okay? I am feeling worried about her having to drive again in the dark on those wet roads, and would love to hear that she got back without too much bother.

Hi Wessex Team,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for everything you’ve done for my horse Charlie over the past years. Every one of the vets I’ve met on your team has shown so much genuine care and knowledge, and have made all the challenges we’ve faced a little easier.
Your reception team are absolutely outstanding and I’m so grateful for their help going above and beyond on complicated insurance claims and just being so sweet and understanding.
I can’t say thanks enough to Sarah and Sam in particular for their help and support in making an incredibly hard decision, and for how wonderful Sam was at the very end.

Firstly, I would just like to say thank you for all the support we have had from Wessex Equine with Orca over the last few months. You have been really supportive and clear about our options for her which has made everything easier to deal with.
As I said earlier, we made the decision to put her to sleep on Saturday. As she was loaned from the Blue Cross, they have an end of life form they would like a vet to sign off.
Please could you pass on my thanks and the form to the vet who has been looking after her (I think it was Sarah, sorry I can’t remember her name). I have put in what I think is a fair account of the events and advice we received but if she wants to change anything then feel free.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a Huge thankyou to the vet who came to assist us this morning with loading the two youngsters. She was absolutely fabulous at injecting a tricky mare who she had patients and time for. She also was a huge help at the loading part.
I would really love for you to let her know how wonderful I thought she was and what an asset to Wessex Equine she is!
Her employer should be very proud to have her as part of your team!

Thank you all so very, very much for such a kind and appreciated card. Esmeralda is a great loss after nearly half a century since I scooped her up from the side of the A303 as a deserted foal.
But may I say how hugely valued and appreciated was your Rebecca’s sympathy and efficiency last Friday and what a relief it is that you arrange everything including cremation so smoothly and with so much understanding. Very, very many thanks from every angle.

I have been meaning to send this for a while……. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Andrew for his professionalism and compassion when my horse Spider had to be put to sleep on April 5th this year. It was, and still is, one of the saddest days of my life but Andrew made me feel totally confident about what was to happen, didn’t rush anything and I was so grateful he was there. I can’t praise him highly enough.
Please could you make sure he is aware how much I appreciated it all.
