Wessex Equine Ltd – Terms and Conditions

All fees, medicines and products are charged inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Our prices are determined by the level of expertise and the time spent working on case in addition to the equipment and drugs used.  We are always able to provide estimates and discuss costs of treatments.  Written estimates are available on request, please bear in mind that with any estimate given it is only an approximation of costs as the progress of any condition or treatment required is not certain.

Payment terms:
All clients need to build up a satisfactory credit record with us until we can allow credit terms. Payment will be required at the time of the visit or upon booking.  Credit terms will be at the discretion of the directors, should this credit be allowed payment terms are due 30 days from the date of invoice. Should an invoice not be settled with the 30 days, further reminders will be sent. After due notice any unpaid accounts will be referred to our debt collection agency and further charges may be incurred.

Please advise us as soon as you decide to submit a claim to your insurance company, if you do not advise us we will assume you are not claiming and will be liable for payment.
